1. No Return or Exchange on Handmade Items
- All our products are custom-made and handcrafted, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like color variation, size difference, or personal preference.
- Each piece is unique — slight variations are part of the charm of handmade creations.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send us an email at support@varnikahandmade.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after verification.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, materials and work may already be in progress, so cancellations will not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, sale items, and custom-made orders cannot be returned or refunded.

To ensure a smooth return process in case of any damage or defect, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
- The video must clearly show the unsealing of the package and the condition of the product upon opening.
- Returns or replacements will only be accepted if the unboxing video is provided and the damage or defect is clearly visible in it.
- Without an unboxing video, no return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted.
